Shipping will be sent Express, through the United States Postal Service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Return Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item, that you will be returning all or part of the shipment.
Then you must send the package back to us in the next 24 hours, in perfect condition, fully insured, and in the original packaging.
Upon receiving your shipment, we will issue you a store credit that may be used at any time.
There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned items.
We will not accept returns on earrings, special orders, closeouts or reduced price items.
