From you when you complete a charge card application or other form;

From you when you make transactions on your account (such as purchase history, payment history and account balance);

From you when you shop with us or come in for repairs or services (such as interaction with our sales staff at our home office in Honolulu, Hawaii; your communications with us by mail, telephone, fax or tuamotupearls.com); and from third parties, such as consumer reporting agencies, to verify information you provided in your charge card application or related forms and to assess creditworthiness.
